Volunteers to serve on HOA “Compliance Committee”
Dear Homeowners, The Banbury Meadows HOA Board is looking for 3-4 volunteers to serve on a newly established Compliance Committee. On a rotating basis, volunteers would typically participate in 1-2 hour weekly drive around inspections of our community. Historically the HOA has paid our HOA management company (AMP) to make these drive around inspections, but due to increasing labor costs, inspections have been cut to only once a month.
