Dear Villas Homeowners,

For your information and planning, the following annual HOA dues are collected from our members each year by the Villas and Main Banbury Meadows Homeowners Associations as indicated below:

a)  Villas HOA:  collected quarterly as follows:

  • Billed Quarterly:  $475.00 each quarter;  1 February, 1 May, 1 August and 1 November.
  • To avoid a penalty/late fee being assessed, the payment must be paid and reach our Association Management Company (AMP) within 30 days of the due date.

b) Main BBM HOA:  $500.00 collected once each year as follows:

  • Billed once on the 1st of January each year.
  • To avoid a penalty/late fee, the payment must reach our Management Company (AMP) by the 15th of January.

c) Before the due date, each of these notices are sent to each homeowner via mail/post.
