Dear Villas Homeowners, We have been made aware that many homeowners did not receive their third-quarter dues notice. We have identified the issue and it has now been resolved. We have also identified the homeowners who were assessed late fees as a result of this issue. For those affected, the applicable late fees have been removed. Please allow a few days for these adjustments to appear on your account. If you have already paid the recent dues invoice in full (including late fees) we will credit the late fees to your account and reduce you next dues notice in February 2027 accordingly. If you have not paid the current invoice, reduce the total amount by the late fees/interest shown, then pay the remaining amount. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your patience and understanding. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out. Sincerely, |
