VILLAS END-OF-SEASON LAWN CARE SERVICES
Dear Villas Homeowners,
The following end-of-season Brother Bear (BBLC) lawn care services schedule is provided for your information and planning:
- Tuesday and Wednesday, 13 & 14 October – regular Mow, Edging & Debris clean-up; additional emphasis placed on early leaf drop clean-up
- Monday, 19 October (or during that week) – the Main HOA will shut down our community’s irrigation and pump system. The exact date/timing will depend on the weather conditions at that time. Following the shutdown of the main HOA Pumps and irrigation system, BBLC will perform end-of-season irrigation winterization service on ALL of our Villas residential properties.
- Tuesday and Wednesday, 20 & 21 October – last / end of season Mow, Edging & Debris clean-up; special attention given to leaf & debris clean-up.
- Week of 16 November – Final community-wide light pruning (plant and tree shaping) and leaf/debris clean-up. Pruning will be performed on trees and plants at or below 14 feet (In accordance with our Lawn Care Services Contract).
Note: This schedule is subject to our fall weather conditions and leaf drop, and may need to be adjusted/changed as needed.
